My motorcycle class yesterday was really a pain in the back ; LITERALLY! sakitnya belakang! neeway, i’ve just got another so-called inteview as Customer Service Executive kat Jln Raja Chulan…typical when you are busy wit sumthin else!~I dunno..so far, all these inteview opprtunities have to be put on hold due to the fact that i’m packed witha unpredictable driving class (which is taking ages, I assume!)
Only 2 days left before my young nephew is set to depart from this of his first residence, Taman Suria Jitra-Kedah to his other grandparents’ at Felda Tersang, Pahang. I can sense that my parents are a little bit sombre about this but still manage to put courage smiles and make the most of the time left playing with their grandson. Yeah, frankly i will be missing Rifqi so much altho i don’t really take part in the takin-care sessions but yeah, once in a while, I do sang him lullabyes and pinch his owh-so-fluffy-baby fat cheeks (an inheritance from his mother, I supposed> which is sumthing you have to be proud of Kakak!Hhehe). Anyway, my sister has been serenading Rifqi a lullabye taken from the opening track of "Prince of Egypt" entitled "Deliver Us" (courtesy of moi of course coz saya adalah peminat fanatik animasi..i bought the soundtrack and melalak lagu2x dlm tuh..guess my sis caught up with that!LOL) ; sung by Yocheved to baby Moses (the singing of characters lah ye!jgn plak amik sebagai reality!).
Owh, talk about lullabye, i remembered those good ole’ days when me and my sister kecik2x dulu, we selalu went to Mak Ca’a’s house and i remembered someone taught us a siamese children song (tak pasti tok @ mak ca’a). Walaupun tak pasti the vocabulary siam ni betul atau tak, tapi this is the song yang masih lagi terngiang2x in my mind…a song sung to me in the past :-
Dek Dek Oi, Yala Rimba
Ser Tak Mau Male Ko Tonjong
Mahiko Kedong Tongteng!
Frankly, neither my sister nor I undestand the meaning but the rthym and hym of the song is encrypted in my mind…this chidllike mind =)
** Notification Updates : My dearly young nephy-poo had already departed!Feel kinda melancholic ‘ere…Anyway, thankx Kakak for the cash (you don’t have to,really!I dah ‘pau’ you banyak!). Tok yg rindu kat cicit dia pun came to my house to bid farewell. Sempatlah tanya kat Tok makna lagu Siam (kat atas). She said makna lullabye nih cam gini lah :
Adik-adik Oi, jangan main tepi hutan (rimba),
Takut nanti ada harimau datang terkam kamu,
; Makna rangkap pengakhiran tuh agak lucah sket(heheh)….so tak bleh tulis kat sini.
p/s: Cu Yen will be missing Rifqi Naufal *shrugs*
