Yahoo! Alhamdulillah! At last, with the intense consecutive training beginning last Wednesday (1st December 2010) until today (10th December 2010), I manage to secure my driving (car) license! Hahahaha! Some people may find it laughable and trivial but for me, it’s like a big deal since I now have an addition to my motorcycle license. Furthermore, I have to say it feels good to prove to others and especially myself that I could nail it! And I am not going to lie. I was nervous but the anxiety is cooled down when I “tawakal” (give it all) to Allah SWT. I’ve done my best to make it work and if it isn’t mine, then it isn’t. The thought cooled me down and I always believe that spiritual element is a major support in whatever we do. Embroidered with interval singing to Katy Perry’s latest single “Firework” (which really fires me up; motivational!) and Istighfar- I manage to NAIL it! (,”)
I did take motorcycle and car licenses back in 2007 before I enrolled myself in the bank. But due to outburst of provocation by the car instructor which led me retaliated in angry-volcanic manner, I stopped going for the car license classes; and got demotivated by the rude and insolent mouth of a typical Northern “kampung” instructor (you know Northern people; the words are seemingly harsh and very acidic!). Nonetheless, it’s a different atmosphere with Abang Sha‘s classes (he took it under the franchise of Metro Driving Academy). With the circuit track located at Pulau Meranti which happened to be SO NEAR with Muzem’s school, the approaches applied is very professional-like; stern yet lay-back. Maybe it’s because of Abang Sha’s former professional experience as an ex-auditor and insurance agent demanded him to be presentable and likable. Either way, the charms work because all of his students are comfortable and absorbed what he taught.
Like I said, he was an auditor and that means he was particular and a perfectionist. He had counted every angles of the turns and points. Moral of the story; just follow the Guru and not to be a stupid peacock although you already knew how to drive because it’s all about articulate schematic moves; not about either you have experience driving or not! Alhamdulillah, within 10 days, I already secure license; an additional testimonial for Abg Sha’s Metro Driving Academy located at Precint Diplomatik! (Hehehehe).
Anyway, on 8th December 2010, my nephew Rifqi Naufal celebrated his 4 years old birthday. The little tyke has becomes so talkative and cheekier these days! We had a close-knitted dinner at a Chinese-Moslem Restaurant called “Mohd Chan Abdullah” at Bandar Baru Bangi. With sumptuous delicacies like steamed fish, stuffed yam with seafood, assorted vegetables “Loh Hon Zai” & salted squids, we enjoyed ourselves immensely and I have to say that lately, I am enjoying foods and life! I love to eat. Alhamdulillah hehehee.
Above all, it’s just so happening and wonderful and blessed days. Alhamdulillah. That’s all I can say. (,”)
