For the past 6 months commencing on September 2011, I’ve been travelling abroad every 3 months to broaden my vision away from the cocoon. It is an essential thing to do, as well as a drugged addiction. For me, I need to do it for myself so that I can enrich myself with experiences that are far from my reach when I was a kid back in FRU, Penang. A dream coming true, crystallized with my own money and effort – it is one of personal achievements I savour and treasure.
The cheap trench-coat. But I heart this. So… (,”)
This Friday, Insya ALLAH, I’ll be travelling to New Zealand; the land of The Shire and all of the Lord Of The Rings’ scenic wonders. Am I excited? Definitely since I can be considered as one of Lord Of The Rings’ fan and the name Undomiel itself derived from one of the Middle Earth’s character’s name – Arwen Undomiel. But how do I react to that? I just keep it cool; but of course the news has become a well-spread Frequently-Asked-Question in school (well, you know the school community!) and pray that everything is blessed and all right.

So far, few tentative are concocted but we shall discuss about it later on; subject to time and rescheduling. Unfortunately, the place I’ve been harbouring so much, which is The Shire’s lcoation is in Mata Mata – and that is in the northern island of New Zealand! Since we are only to stay there for 5 days and will be merely focusing on the southern island, it will be an unlikelihood.
The Shire at Mata-Mata. Huhuhu…too bad… am not going to the Northern Island! Sigh…
The picturesque Rivendell in the films. Home of Elrond and Arwen Undomiel.
Anyway, the so-called black mini “trench-coat” I have bought last year for my Aussie trip is LOST! *Sigh* This is really a bewilderment and I myself keep wondering! I couldn’t have misplace it since I really treasure the trench coat and my hunch is that I’ve left it in Jitra, Kedah. But Mak was very adamant about saying that it is not in Jitra! I doubt that, but since I have no time to go back, I resort to buy myself a new mini trench coat!
Zara’s Trench Coat. Woohoo….neat styling, but expensive. Oh, well….. (,”)
Alhamdulillah for the “rezeki” of this month’s hard work, I manage to lavish myself a new trench coat. Not a branded one or an expensive one; but I think it looks nice. Hahahhaa, do I care what others might say? Nay. What’s important is my own perspective’s – I guess that is why I am posting this entry, aite? I like the silver-greyish colour. To buy Zara’s or Burberry’s mean extra buck for an attire that the tropical people hardly wear; would be very wasting, isn’t it? But undeniably that the branded attires are CHEAPER abroad rather than in Malaysia’s. (,”)
Burberry’s trench coat. Hmmm… (,”)
I pray that the journey will be blessed, Insya ALLAH. Can’t wait, honestly! Kia Ora!
