I must say that I have been oblivious to surrounding for this past week. Apart from 3 Night Classes (Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday) for my Master In Corporate Communication in UPM, Serdang; I have been working ass off to complete all the Science Panel files as per the new system Sistem Pengurusan Sekolah Kualiti (SPSK) and on Thursday, I was elected as the Teacher-To-Assist the school entourage to Kidzania (which I will write in another entry!). So, with the energy and focus drained, I am kinda bit in delusion! So, today I was having my good weekend with The Good Soul, I was taken aback by the news broke about the missing MH370 MAS Airline from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing!!

With 239 people on board, the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 370 was reported missing after took off around 12.41 a.m on 8th March 2014. The Subang Air Traffic Control then reported that at 2.40 a.m, they had lost the track off from radar! At this juncture, there are so many possibilities and theories concocted but some are even outrageous as to link this event with political propaganda as Malaysians of these late years have been very speculative about the political turmoil as to link with anything outrageous to politically-driven agendas!! Kinda sad to see the mentalities isn’t it”; when you are actually supposed to pray for the safety of the people on board, right?
The list names of the passengers, the cabin crews and the pilots.
However, a so-called sighting of two large oil slicks at the southern tip of Vietnam by the Vietnamese Government could possibly being the remnant of MH370 as it is said that such slicks are similarly uncanny to the ones that would be left by fuel from a crashed airliner. This is quite alarming. Hopefully everything will turn out just fine. Amin.
The family worries.
Picture of one of the passengers, Sofuan Ibrahim with his mother before he boarded the flight. I got this from the FB page “MAS MH370 HILANG” (https://www.facebook.com/groups/256271674545624/) and when I typed his name to check any mutual friends (you know, I have 4000++ FB listers; so the possibility is there), I found out that he is a fellow friend to my PTD friends. I hope he will be alright. Amin!
So far, I never had any bad experience with airlines. The only memorable one was the journey back from New Zealand via Air Asia where we had major turbulence (Refer to https://undomiel84.wordpress.com/2012/03/22/the-kia-ora-experiences-in-te-wai-pounamu-new-zealand-the-real-middle-earth-on-earth/)! I was forced to wake up from my slumber for few times and really freaked out with the flight jerked and up-and-down “undulating-kinda-way). I just pray that somehow this nightmare will end well.
My prayers to all of them. Amin. May they be safe. Amin.
